THE ABC OF SCAFFOLDING
Supported scaffolds have one or more platforms for you to work on. The most common types of supported scaffolds are frame, system and mobile.
These are our most versatile scaffolds that enable you to work and move along the platforms.
Our most versatile scaffolds. We can build over, under or around almost anything.
Plus, it’s light and durable, and quick to assemble and dismantle, so it’s a very cost effective scaffolding solution for you.
It’s perfect for your rendering, cladding, painting, roofing or guttering projects, because you can easily walk and work all the way along the platform.
And it’s compatible with the Oldfields Pro Series and 2600 series decks.
It’s simple. When you order a mobile scaffold, we’ll ask you these questions:
What will your working height be?
This is the maximum height you need to reach.
What height are you?
This is called your standing height.
The width of the platform depends on the amount of room available on site.
Our two most popular frame widths are 700mm and 1200mm (1.2m).
With the 700mm width frame you’ll have a free standing height of 1.4m.
With the 1.2m width frame you’ll have a free standing height of 3.6m.
Our scaffolds are made in the following lengths:
1.2m, 1.8m, 2.4m and 3.0m.
Need a longer scaffold? Consider it done – because we can join these together for you.
Time for an outrigger. We can add an outrigger to increase the base size so you can go higher.
We can also add a truss base. This enables a mobile or static tower to reach a free-standing height of 9.0m.
